Executive Certificate: Autism Spectrum disorder - Assessment & Treatment [Level II] (ONLINE)
Learners are introduced to the three key levels of autism screening and assessment recommended by Bishop et al. (2008). You will be given selected case studies of subjects (child, youth and adult) with autism to practice writing an individualized education plan (IEP) and follow the procedure of planning an autism treatment based on one to three selected autism treatment approaches.
- Unit 1: Autism Diagnostic Assessment, Evaluation & Profiling
- Unit 2: Introduction to Autism Treatment & Individualized Education Planning (IEP)
Assessment:
- Assessment is based on coursework and assignments with no formal examinations
- Guided learning hours to fulfill: 60 hours

1. Pearson Test of English (PTE) 51; or
2. IELTS 5.5 (reading and writing must be at 5.5); or
